Kyle1988
Hello there all, My customers can't seem to reset their passwords? I have to do it though the back office on the cloud system. Any thoughts or advice on how I can solve this so they can do it? Thanks in advance. Kyle

bellini13
so you click on the link in the email, and it takes you to google? instead of clicking on the link, what if you copy and paste the url into the browser address bar?

bellini13
Since this is the PS cloud, I would suggest either calling Prestashop support about an issue with their service, or create a forge ticket
Keshav
Sir, when a customer receives a mail for resetting the password, it is sent as a text. Link isn't applied in the email. How do I change it? Customers are unable to click on the link. Instead they have to copy and paste it in a new tab. Thanks in advance. Regards, Keshav
