Brico1 Posted July 6, 2015 Share Posted July 6, 2015 Salve, vi espongo il problema: stavo caricando una serie di prodotti tramite file CSV; a metà operazione si è interrotto da solo, mostrandomi il seguente messaggio di errore : Link to database cannot be established: SQLSTATE[HY000] [2003] Can't connect to MySQL server on 'sql5.prestashopfr1.ha.ovh.net' (4) Ora non riesco più ad entrare nel Back Office e nemmeno a visualizzare il sito, poichè mi compare lo stesso messaggio di errore. Come risolvere? (non posso intervenire nell hosting o in myphp o altro in quanto il sito non è ancora associato a nessun hosting) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
