Cannot access Back Office

I just successfully installed PrestaShop, but I cannot log in to Back Office. When I enter my email address and password, the form clears itself and I do not get anywhere...What should I do?

Are you using the www. address extension (www.mysite.co.uk)?

this problem happens to me too . My domain is www.putramerapi.com , it is .com right ? so i dont have to use www. address extention .
but hey , i do use www. address extention and i still stuck with it .

It seems a lot of people experienced this problem and they didnt found working solution (me too) ...

When You log in to admin area, then there is link - Lost your password

Thanks guys. I got it resolved. I read through the other posts about this problem and resolved it. It had to do with the settings of the 1&1;server. I am in now and loving it.
