White page after trying to upgrade to 1.6.1

Hi,

The shop and the backooffice went white yesterday after trying to unsuccesfully upgrade to 1.6.1

I managed to almost fully recover the shop (CMS pages are not there) and very parcially the backoffice.

What I did was to replace the whole folders of classes and controllers with original ones and to reactivate the shops from phpadmin.

Still I get these two errors :

Warning: include_once(/var/www/tools/profiling/Hook.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /var/www/config/config.inc.php on line 62

Warning: include_once(): Failed opening '/var/www/tools/profiling/Hook.php' for inclusion (include_path='.:/usr/share/php:/usr/share/pear') in /var/www/config/config.inc.php on line 62

The last two permissions related errors were solved this morning :

The backooffice is not fully fonctional. It has changed the appereance (as you can see in the attachment), the left column tabs are not working and is impossible to retry to upgrade.

Any idea of how to solve this ? Thank you in advance !

These two errors are gone after including the missing file at tools :
