profi
Dear Moderator, thank you for your quick reply. I tryed to check with the console in chrome, but don't know where i have to look. I searched for "Authentification" or "Authentifizierung" but I don't understand if there is something not correct. 6 month ago the tests worked fine and then I switched off the page until 2 day ago and now my first customer wrote, that he was not able to order due to the error. What a shame. Please be good, and have a look at http://www.paracelsus.farm/de/login and tell me if you can find something abnormal. thanks so much. luc_jean
Hi Robert, I have the same configuration and the same problem with Kaspersky... did you find a solution, without disabling Kaspersky? Thank you very much! Jean-Luc
[email protected]
Hello, One of our client experienced the same problem and I found this topic.I think disabling Kapersky is not such a good answer when you are selling products... Does anyone know the real reason of this issue? It's probably way too technical to be hacked by a prestashop dev but I think it's a major issue that Prestashop should take care of. Adding my complain, hoping for a change.Common prestashop ! Talk to Kapersky let him know you're safe = )
