papagino
Hi, I just updated my Prestashop from 1.6.0.14 to 1.6.1.0 and all my thumbnails related to cart are now showing "No image available" instead of the actual product image thumbnails. When doing an "Inspect Element" in Firefox to see to what URLs the images are pointing to, I get the URLs shown on the attached pictures. Also, I am using a premium theme but everything was fine with Prestashop 1.6.0.14. Any ideas what could be the cause? See attached pics for details... keitaro
try regenerating images from the images settings. preferences > images > regenerate if it fails try doing 1 category at a time as it is common to time out. Also make sure that when applying update the folder for images on your server has appropriate permissions such as 755 i think.

papagino
Hi guys, thanks for the responses. My theme is compatible with Prestashop 1.6.0.14 (Not yet 1.6.1.0) but I don't think the problem is with the theme because I have the same problem using the default-bootstrap theme. The problem is not with the thumbnails, as they are created, but rather with the URLs that is pointing to the wrong paths. See pictures in my first post. For example, the paths on the above pictures are for item 137. The path for the picture on the product page is: http://www.miraxsupplements.com/137-large_default/colloidal-silver-15ppm-50ml-with-nasal-sprayer.jpg But looking at the above pictures, you see the path relating to the cart are: https://www.miraxsupplements.com/img/p/en-default-home_default.jpg for the "Product successfully added to your shopping cart" window and https://www.miraxsupplements.com/img/p/en-default-small_default.jpg for the checkout page and https://www.miraxsupplements.com/img/p/en-default-cart_default.jpg for the cart block. (It doesn't matter what items are in the cart, if will always show the above paths for the images for the cart) When looking at the following URLs, you will see that the thumbnails are on the server at these locations: http://www.miraxsupplements.com/137-home_default/colloidal-silver-15ppm-50ml-with-nasal-sprayer.jpg http://www.miraxsupplements.com/137-small_default/colloidal-silver-15ppm-50ml-with-nasal-sprayer.jpg http://www.miraxsupplements.com/137-cart_default/colloidal-silver-15ppm-50ml-with-nasal-sprayer.jpg Not sure why it is not pointing to the right paths??? Any ideas... Cheers Dan Edited July 4, 2015 by papagino (see edit history)

keitaro
hello, I just updated my store and had that issue. It was a permissions issue with my themes folder. Before changing permissions i tried regenerating clearing cdn cache etc after permissions a simple f5 then it worked.
papagino
Thanks for your post keitaro. I am glad you were able to fix your problem by doing the above. Which files/folders in the theme directory did you changed? I have checked my theme's permissions and all folder are 755 and all files are 644, so this is probably not the fault in my case. I don't use cdn cache, so this option is not going to work either. I did a clear cache and Force compilation in my BO prior and that didn't help. So, I guess I will keep looking for a solution... ( Thanks for the info anyway

jalokin80
Zilch... Tried everything and obliterated browser cache too...NFI mate. First of all - THANKS! for the fix. It works great! This is how it worked for me: Override the Cart.php with the modified one from this thread. Before loading the page, do the following: Delete the cache files manually in your template folder on the FTP. "/prestashop install/themes/default theme/cache/". Don't delete the index.php file if it exists in the folder! After that you will have to manually delete the cache files and folders in "/prestashop install/cache/cachefs/" except the index.php file. Finally delete the smarty cache in "/Prestashop install/cache/smarty/cache/" except the index.php file. Now hit CTRL+F5 in your browser and the issue is solved Edited July 8, 2015 by jalokin80 (see edit history)

philduv
Hello, Your example is not completely right, it's not the "item ID#", but the "Image ID#" that we have to replace in your example. Maria Kvasnytska
@andr3wx86 The version of Store Manager for PrestaShop you're using was released before the official release of PrestaShop 1.6.1, thus it cannot support it yet. I found the pictures labeled as example: 104-home-mseKRKziqp.jpg when I had to go in and change the -mseKRKziqp.jpg part to _default.jpg and I got the pictures back. It was a lot of work. Wasn't sure of another way to do it. Even if I add a new product, I still have to go in my cPanel, find it and rename. I am doing something wrong but have no clue. Opps...I posted in wrong thread. Going to re-post. Pardon me. Edited October 9, 2015 by MeowsTheTime (see edit history)
