Jimmythebib Posted July 3, 2015 Share Posted July 3, 2015 I have installed a PayPal Recurring Payment module from BestKit. http://www.vegusjuices.com When a customer successfully goes through checkout and clicks to go to PayPal to complete the order but before they pay an email is sent to them confirming their order showing payment which is premature as they have not paid. I contact the developer and they said they cant fix this which is not helpful at best and I'm pretty sure it can be fixed but this is my first PrestaShop site, So I'm asking here for a steer on where to look to disable this email. I looked in the module itself and cant find any trigger there so I'm guessing it a native PrestaShop email thats being triggered. Disabling all customer emails in the back office doesnt work.
