Categories default bootstrap

Hi,

 

I have done a few installations now.

 

I wonder why I only get the left collumn product menu categories shown on the frontpage and not when I click on one of the product categories?

 

In modules > Positions > displayLeftColumn

I tried to edit the Categories block, but it's no Exceptions there.

In the Preferences > Advanced settings all the left collumn are ticked of and green.

 

Am I missing something?

So you mean the categories block is only present in the index page, but missing in the category ones?
Can you share your site's url?

Actually  can't see any category there, most of the links are just #, can you share a category one?

check configuration of module

there you can find option where you can decide WHEN the block will appear

 

if you selected "parent category" or "current category" last "current category" module will not appear on pages that aren't categories!

Thank you so much, I could not figure out what the problem was at all...

 

Now I just have to make work a "bit" more with the layout
