Add Title to Address Delete Popup

Hello, my client wants to add the title "confirm deletion" to the popup when a user deletes an address from their account. Currently a box pops up that says "Are You Sure?" with no title on the popup box.

This seems to be the area in the code controlling this, just not sure how to add a title...

It has a "title" field, but that doesn't seem to show up on the popup window.
