USPS Shipping options missing.

I have the USPS shipping module installed and my USPS account configured. The problem I'm encountering is that "first Class Mail" is not showing up as an ption for my customers.

I have enabled it in the module and enabled it in the products as well but, it simply does not show up as an option when the customer tries to check out.

 

I even went through the "Product Settings" and the "Category Settings" to ensure those were all set up to allow all of my available options.

 

This is frustrating since the lowest cost option now available to my customers would add exhorbitant shipping on small items.

Where did you get the US shipping module?  I can't find it so I'm going a little crazy right now.  Thanks

There are so many places to look for this answer. Customer- groups make sure module is enabled in customer group, Carriers – group access,  Localization (zones, states, etc)
