Required fields

I have set the localization > countries to not require a postcode, but I get three errors when trying to check out under guest checkout

 

The message that appears is - 

 

There is 3 Error(s):

1. address (2) is required.
2. postcode is required.
3. other is required.

 

I cannot see where I can solve the errors. Can any of you wise people point me in the correct direction?

Go to Customers > addresses > set required fields for this section

 

untick the fields not required
