CMS and Custom Fields per-page

Hey all,

 

I'm working on building out a very large PrestaShop for a client and development team that is more familiar with WordPress-based eCommerce sites and more importantly the WordPress approach to CMS.  Nowadays, utilizing a plug-in like Advanced Custom Fields (http://www.advancedcustomfields.com/) lets you craft multiple different types of pages within the CMS (such as adding a gallery, slider, team bio's/titles/etc, and any other type of custom content).

 

I've been searching for a while but it doesn't appear that anything like this exists for the built-in CMS within PrestaShop.  I really need functionality like this to achieve the layouts and such that the client has designed.

 

I'm trying to decide if this is an extension I'll need to build myself, or if it's already out there just under some other kind of name or terminology. I've done some preliminary research and it seems like adding custom fields is possible to the CMS, but most of the examples I've seen involve adding something very static such as a meta description, and all of the examples involve overriding the default CMS methods.

 

TL;DR: Does an extension like WordPress's Advanced Custom Fields exist for the PrestaShop CMS? (*NOT* for products, but for static pages).
