I have a problem with paypal module: I have prestashop 1.6, default theme and the last version of paypal module (3.9.0), when I try to checkout with mobile device (IOS or Android) , PayPal modules displays a question mark instead of PayPal logo. Anyway I can see this: The question mark appear because there is a broken link to a directory that no exist. <img src="http://www.yourdomain.com/modules/paypal/views/img/logos/express_checkout_mobile/CO_en_US_orange_295x43.png"> where "express_checkout_mobile/CO_en_US_orange_295x43.png" does not exist. There is another problem with this module. If you want to process the order on a desktop instead a movil device, the Paypal payment frame is half long than others like banckwire or cash on delivery. The cause is this row has a DIV <div class="col-xs-12 col-md-6"> instead a <div class="col-xs-12"> (See attached) Can anyone help? Thanks. Frederikke Posted July 8, 2015 Share Posted July 8, 2015 (edited) Hi there. I have the same problem, in my Danish site. I dont know if it had been there since i opgrated for 1,6 in Jan. I tried to disable the mobile version in "themes" but it´s still there. Now the Paypal logo is there on the mobile... with the mobile turned off. kittybou Posted July 15, 2015 Share Posted July 15, 2015 I have the same problem too. I am from Hong Kong. The paypal logo just cannot be displayed in checkout page in mobile. I think the module got problem and I have contacted the developer but no one response too. It is serious problem. Would that be any way can push someone to look at it seriously? The other images were moved from "paypal/img" to "paypal/views/img", but the mobile logos just got deleted and never replaced. You can still find the images here: https://github.com/PrestaShop/paypal/tree/c3f7abaa591a09d52a57c959bb07c1ec00a5131e/img/logos/express_checkout_mobile If you add them to the new img location it will work. SinhK Posted July 16, 2015 Share Posted July 16, 2015 Forgot to mention that you have to make the "express_checkout_mobile" folder in the "logos" folder and save the images there.
