Prestashop's newsletter module is only for to registration to newsletter and to export the addresses of abos by csv. For to process newsletter Prestashop does not offer any native module, so you should take a look into the paid section: http://addons.prestashop.com/en/search?id_category=0&search_query=newsletter or to export the addresses and process them by mailchimp for ex. or another service.
