Old 1-click update addon not removed

Dear all,

 

I'm updating the Prestashop 1.4.9 installation. In the modules I found an old 1-click upgrade module with a version

number 0,7. I deinstalled the module and installed the latest 1.5.4 Version of this module. 

 

I cannot configure the module and the "1-clic upgrade" link in the tools section shows a blank page.

 

I found out in the error log that the file Upgrade.php cannot be found. But this file belongs to the old module, it cannot be found in the directory of the new module.

 

Does anybody have an idea where that can come from? Looks like some config file or table has old entries.
