subaru4wd
I have been dealing with an on-going issue for the past several months with orders that are paid for and processed in my Prestashop 1.6.0.9 store. Well, a couple issues, but I am not sure if they are related. I would like to know if there is some way to debug the orders themselfs, and compare to find out if there's some kind of pattern or what might be causing this glitch. More information on the problems; #1 - Customers pay for their order. They go through the paypal process, successfully pay but when they are forwarded back to the store, their cart is still full and no order is generated. We must then create an order in the back office for the customer using their cart. #2 - Order Invoice does not match the Order itself. When you look at the Order details in the Back Office, the order shows quantity 4 for an item. The total on the item line appears correct, but the overall order total does not add up. When looking at the invoice, the line item shows quantity 1, with the price of one, and the customer is only charged for one, when in fact he ordered 4. I have quite a few modules installed and in use, these modules effect product customization and I notice problem #2 happens when customers order multiple of the same item, with various customizations. And I have reason to believe Problem #1 could be from the paypal module. I am just not sure how to go about tracing down the issue and resolving it? Any help would be greatly appreciated, thank you. -Brian
subaru4wd
I upgraded from 1.6.0.9 to 1.6.1.1 and we are still having to deal with this. There is no way to figure out what is causing this? Nobody else has any problems like this? This seems to happen to one out of every hundred orders or so.
