MrMeister
Hey all, I can't access my admin section. I've installed Presta locally. I had a little problem with the installation, when I reached section 4, it froze after I clicked "next" and nothing happend at all. Now, when I access the site via wamp it opens up and shows the image I uploaded for the shop logo but when trying to enter my admin section all I get is an error which says "1.employee does not exist, or bad password".I have changed the name of my admin folder and moved my install folder to another location, just to save me deleting it and redownloading it incase I need to run it again. Which I have a few times. Thanks in advance for any help!***UPDATE: I did a fresh install and this time, left the "recieve email notification" tab on step 4 unticked. It seems to be running fine now. Bugsafari
Hi,I also have an admin problem.I have just installed PrestaShop at http://bugsafari.co.uk/shop/prestashop/ .I followed the instructions and removed the install folder and then renamed the admin folder. I went to the admin folder and tried to login using the name + password I choose during set-up. It then tried to take me to http://bugsafari.co.uk/shop/prestashop/admin111/index.php however I was given a n ‘Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage’ error.I returned to http://bugsafari.co.uk/shop/prestashop/admin111/ and was given the same error.I then renamed the admin folder and it came up when I went to http://bugsafari.co.uk/shop/prestashop/admin14 but exactly the same happened again: – the login failed and I could not then access the admin folder. The admin folder is now named admin111 again (http://bugsafari.co.uk/shop/prestashop/admin111).Does anybody know why this is and how to fix it please?!Many thanks,George.PS: WOULD REALLY LIKE SOME HELP PLEASE!!!!! - So close to getting it to work! Netyummi
Hi, I have the same problem. Prestashopi to install and change the directory name. Username and password are definitely correct. Even passwords reminder works. However, the admin module can not log on.
