stuck at step 4

Hi,

I'm new with prestashop and doing my first installation, on the 1st step, I've done all the instruction, CHMOD all the necessary folders and it's subfolders with 777 permission. But when I reach step 4, I can't upload the logo neither skip this step, I've renamed the default logo.jpg with something else, but no luck, I also have tried to rename the source file to logo.jpg, the result still same as previous, no luck.

Here's the error that keep showing on the installation process:

Impossible to write the image /img/logo.jpg. If this image already exists, please delete it.

And I'm sure that I've set the correct permission for this 'img' folder with 777 permission. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
