Changing "Product Features"

(I have not uploaded many products at the moment, but "Cleaning" category has a few products in it)

I need to do a tab section on the products page called "environmental benefits". For the front end, i have no problem renaming the "Data Sheet" Tab, but for the back end, I only need 1 text area to input information, and i would like to eliminate the step of creating the feature and value separately.

Is this possible?

I tried to edit AdminProducts.php to no avail! Obviously i'm not a progammer, so i really don't know how to get this done without any help!
