Hi,

 

i want to build a website on following features,

 

its more or less like a  alibaba,

 

• user registration will be approved by the admin with giving them a login id and password.
• the seller will have the option to post products and have his own account page
• when the buyer visits the display of the products , he will be provided with the contact seller option instead buying .
• i also want a message box to track the enquiry and conversation in between the seller and the buyer

Not sure if there are modules for prestashop to do that. There could be (Agile rings a bell)

hummm it look like to a marketplace shop . So try to find a marketplace module which could probably solve your problém

Agile is the only real option for prestashop. Wordpress has WC Vendors for woocommerce, and Wpmarketplace. Opencart has a few as well. If you need help with this dop us an email [email protected]

This is a big development, you will need pay alot for it, and as Websiteinc said, there are already other platforms or scripts similar to this.

I think you can start with more simply ways like to create a simple shop to start and see after. To manage a community is not very easy when you don't know how to do.
