Localization tool does not display certain phrases for translation

Hello,

 

Prestashop 1.6.0.14

 

From my tpl file:

{l s='Categories' mod='tonyblockcategories'}

but i cannot see the "Categories" text for translation.

Other phrases for example:

$this->displayName = $this->l('Categories block');

i find it and I can translate. What is wrong?

Also I can not translate my text in my template for Top-sellers block v1.6.2 - by PrestaShop

{l s='Quick View' mod='blockbestsellers'}

What can i do?
