Orders not showing in back office, no redirection from payment page, items still in cart

Hi there,

 

I have a final (hopefully) problem to solve before making my site live and would be grateful for some help.

 

When making a payment I am able to go through the whole process successfully and the payments are definitely being processed, but the final page when payment has been completed is not redirecting back to the website. I'm using worldpay and have filled in the 'Shopper Redirect URL' with:

<strong>http://www.thelearningemporium.co.uk/shop</strong>

but this isn't redirecting. Is the code incorrect?

 

The next problem is that orders are not showing up in the back office. I'm not sure if this is related to the above problem or not, but when any order is completed, I can see from the customer tab that a purchase has been made but the orders page remains completely empty.

 

Finally, when you go back to the site, the item purchased is still in the cart as if nothing has ever been purchased and the confirmation emails that should automatically be sent when anything is purchased are not being sent or received.

 

I'm sure this must all be related, but don't really know where to start.
