I want to add some space between two categorys in top category menu.

You could try adding 

  padding-bottom: 20px;

to .sf-menu > li > ul > li {  

 

In themes/YOUR_THEME/css/modules/blocktopmenu/css/superfish-modified.css

 

change 20px to whatever suits your site
