Left column disapeared

Hit there! 

My left column in categories view suddenly disapeared during creating a new theme (based on bootrstrap).

 

Tried to:

• check it in modules -> positions - everything is as default
• check it in themes -> advanced options - column is on
• check the hook in layout.tpl - it is there

And found no errors

 

 

Also, I've done:

1. Fresh installation of PS 1.6, put this theme in it, and figured out, that left column is working fine.
2. In my installation of PS, where I test my template, when i switch to bootstrap, left column is still turned off.
3. When I turn on left column in homepage, it shows up in it.
4. in debug mode (Smarty), right & left hook var is empty
5. tried to change hosting, nothing's changed...

Guys, any clue?
