Yo Mirpuri
Hi, We are trying to configure Block Layered navigation for our Prestashop store. We would like to configure the results (attributes) in a single column one below the other rather than as in the picture. What we would like to have is: Categories Size S/M(170) Size L (49) Size XL (28) and so on... Manufacturer ADSONS(13) ADVENTURE(50) AMERICAN EAGLE(10) BLACK DIAMOND(1) and so on... Secondly, images are not displaying on screen, when a particular attribute is selected from this block. We noticed that ther's a # added in the URL when a particular attribute is selected. Deleting the # from the URL makes the image visible. Some help on this would be appreciated too. Our site url is www.sureseller.in We are using Prestashop v1.6.0.9 and LONDON theme. Thanks in advance, Yo Mir
NemoPS
Edit blocklayered.tpl in the theme folder. Each <li> has a class like col-lg-6 Rename it to col-lg-
Yo Mirpuri
Wonderful! It worked like a charm! Thanks so much for you help Nemo1. Now the major issue is we are not getting to see any images (as explained in my question) because of the # in the URL. Any solution to this? We tried deleting Language Translations in Prestashop for this module, but it didn't help. (actually the translations aren't getting deleted. We delete and hit the save button, to see they are still there ! Thanks, Yo Mir
NemoPS
It's odd, it seems the layered navigation module is a bit broken, what's the module version?
Yo Mirpuri
It's v 2.0.10 Thanks for helping!
NemoPS
Hard to tell as it's just grabbing broken images. You disabled the module now? It might be something to do with the image size type (large_default, etc..)
Yo Mirpuri
Yes. We've disabled the module as it looks unprofessional when visitors can't see images. Any suggestions regarding the image type ? Thanks, Yo Mir
NemoPS
Enable it, inspect the images and see what the url is. It might be mentioning a type you don't have
Yo Mirpuri
Thanks Nemo1. We have enabled it. This module uses medium_default images. Could you help us proceed further. Thanks,
NemoPS
Is there a medium_default size in your shop?
Yo Mirpuri
Yes medium_default is enabled in our shop. But I'm not sure if my products have images in that size, as we enabled that size only recently. Re-generating thumbnails is scary, as last time we lost a lot of images in the process.. NemoPS
I'm totally bugged, that's the default "no image found" I suppose. It's really hard to tell what's going on, it would need a deeper inspection (php as well)
