account page content disappeared after upgrade to 1.6 prestashop

Hi 

 

I upgrade my shop from prestashop 1.4 to 1.6 with the 1-click upgrade. 

 

After that everything was working normally except some images missing and my theme and modules that i had to reset.

 

The main problem is when i try to login as a customer, the account page doesn't show up, instead i have an " unable to connect page " and then  i realized that the " my-account file " and many others are missing.

 

Please, do someone know what seems to be the problem? 

 

I kept a copy of the old shop, and i am considering copying those file from the old version to the new one, But i guess i will have to modified something in mysql...
