Primary, but the IP you are naming is only for North America, South America, Asia or Oceania users. You are in which country ? Users from other countries should use the other IP 37.59.161.130.

 

Secondary IP is only needed if the primary server is not accessible (maintenance, or other reason). It is not necessary to add one. Primary should work fine.

Than add the IP of your DNS of the URL. you should ask your Domainprovider for the IP, if you don't know. Or let me know the domain, I can tell the IP to you.

Cannot ping or trace this domain. You should ask your domain provider to give you the IP of his DNS-Server.

 

The reason why your provider is asking for a secondary IP is that why you now deleted completely the IP of your URL/DNS. In case of change, you should take the primary, which is the address of your URL and put it as secondary and the primary the one on which your project is hosted. By deleting the first (which should be added now as secondary IP)  you made your URL not accessible anymore in the network. Therefore you should aks your Domain Name provider (where you bought the URL) for the IP of the DNS-Server. This IP than you add as secondary.
