Need Modifications made to the Merchandise Returns back office page.

I need simple modifications done to improve on the existing Merchandise Returns in Prestashop 1.6.0.9

 

Things I need:
- Customers full name & email address listed in the main Returns page & displayed in the details inside the return itself.

- Change the order # to the order reference in the main Returns page & details page.

- Add a note to the details page that only employees can read.   Simple note box that can save information for later that would benefit the employee but not necessary for the customer to see.
