Cart rules created after using a voucher coce

Hi there!

 

So we have created 100 voucher codes with a script using our client's shop webservice. All went ok, but when a customer uses a voucher code and the order created, Prestashop is creating automatically a new voucher code with the same attributes except the code, which is the same but adding "-2".

 

Any idea of what can be causing this?

My guess is your voucher discount amount is greater than order total and you have "Partial use" set to Yes. Is it true?

Your guess is completely right, there is a partial discount set on shipping cost, so a voucher code was created with the amount of this discount.
