AliPay global integration

Does anyone have experience integrating AliPay global http://global.alipay.com/ospay/home.htm with PrestaShop? We are using the standard AliPay via a module we purchased on the add ons site. Yet the module does not support AliPay global and I tried to contact AliPay but the contact email they post on their website is not functioning.

There are 2 Alipay modules on the addons store, would be helpful to know which one you purchased.

 

And I highly doubt that Alipay themselves actually created either module, so not sure why you would contact them.  Why don't you contact the modules author, or request a refund of the module if it does not work

There's two modules in the add ons store. Only one works on PrestaShop 1.6 We use that already and worked with the module developer as there were a few technical issues. It works fine for the local AliPay (that is payment in China in Chinese Yuan). It does not work with AliPay global where customers are not paying in Chinese but in foreign currency like Euro or US Dollar. And for AliPay and other online payment providers in China I ran into...they are all happy to look for shops to use their payment services and then the only thing they do is providing technical information of how to integrate their systems. But who is really keen (time and money) to create an integration from scratch? What shop owners are looking for are modules that are either pre installed on PrestaShop or that we can get from the add ons store.
