Animal_UK
I'm based in Canada and am just using a fixed rate to ship within Canada but also want a fixed rate to ship to the US. is this possible ? I've tried numerous ways but if I put in 2 carriers (Canada Post) only the more expensive one shows up when people add to cart in the shop. A quick response/fix would be good as I have people waiting to order from both countries ! Thanks
Paulito
Hello Can't you achieve this by having Canada and the US as seperate zones or have you already tried this. Paul
Animal_UK
I tried that and it just kept picking the US rate and no choice of Canada / US ?
Paulito
Well, I'm not sure then I use Royal Mail and have 5 different zones 1. UK 2. Europe (eec) 3. Europe (non eec) 4. USA and Canada 5. Australia and New Zealand All I had to do is add the respective countries to the pertinent zone. It works perfectly for me. Paul
