lape
I updated my webshop prestashop from the 1.6.0.9 to 1.6.0.14 with the 1 click update and now in the product pages in the BO the save buttons don't load and keep spinning. Already did some research and I saw it was a known problem from 1.6.0.11 but they said they fixed it in 1.6.0.12. I did a reinstall as well but the buttons keep spinning. Its not a bugged module. Is there any fix? Because I had to close my shop for over a week by now and can't reopen.
NemoPS
It hasn't been fixed yet. Open the debug console while in the product page, try one of these: http://nemops.com/spinning-save-button-prestashop-1-6/#.VX6PWfnzrmg
Ralph Northcott
I can't believe this is still not fixed. Prestashop will be finished if this is not attended to. I have three Prestashops. The latest updated one, which is my main shop, cannot be updated. This is my sole income. The issue has been reported for a long time now. I have tried all the fixes mentioned. None work. It is said that the Developers do not read these posts. Why not? Surely they should be in touch with the real world? Obviously none of them have working shops. Please will someone tell a developer to stop playing with new versions and make this "Stable" version actually work. All my product edit pages are blank and on the first information page, the save buttons never stop spinning. My current version is 1.6.0.14 It was fine until I "Upgraded"
