Official Paypal Module working on one store and not another Multi Store Environment

We are using the PayPal module that comes with Prestashop.

 

We are running a multi-store environment.

 

Recently, one of our stores started reporting errors via paypal during checkout and not recording a successful transaction back to the shop. The Paypal Payment gets emailed but the user's cart stays in place and/or shows up in the backend as "not ordered".

 

The issue is that on the exact same software in another store, also using paypal reports and records just fine. 

 

I have attached the image of what is happening. I am beating me head on my desk the past two weeks trying to figure this out. Nothing in our templates has changed that I am aware of. Nothing changed in Paypal via configuration - which is evident with other stores working fine.

 

The only change that was made to the store was switching from allowing guest checkout to not allowing guest checkout.

 

I need some help!
