Within a 3 weeks developer couldn't provide working version. I ask for refund for this module couple times but I didn't get answer. I sent couple messages to PrestaShop with my problem and I to didn't get answer. Can you place your refund request with our Billing Department (by sending one last message through Addons and selecting "I have a billing issue") so you get help quickly? I bought an Abandoned Cart Reminder Pro module on 11 July, (order # 333559 - € 75,99) I sent an email to support on 12 July, they replied to me but their answers are not really helping, until now the problems still haven't been solved. I sent a couple emails to billing department asking for refund, but I also haven't got an answer. I hope someone here can help me. Thank you.
