Refund for not working module!

Hi!

 

03.04.2015 I bought a module '1 Click order’, module not working correct so I ask developer to sent me working version. Within a 3 weeks developer couldn't provide working version.

 
I ask for refund for this module couple times but I didn't get answer.
I sent couple messages to PrestaShop with my problem and I to didn't get answer. 
 
How I can get refund for not working module ?

Hi there,

 

Thanks for your message, I see the developer replied to only one of your messages and it obviously didn't help. Can you place your refund request with our Billing Department (by sending one last message through Addons and selecting "I have a billing issue") so you get help quickly?

Hi,

 

I also have the same problem. I bought an Abandoned Cart Reminder Pro module on 11 July, (order # 333559 - € 75,99) I sent an email to support on 12 July, they replied to me but their answers are not really helping, until now the problems still haven't been solved.

 

I sent a couple emails to billing department asking for refund, but I also haven't got an answer.

 

I hope someone here can help me.
