The settings.inc.php archive EMPTY!

hello, I installed Prestashop 1.6 in local server in my computer. After working with it some weeks, suddenly one day the password at the frontofficce to enter to the backofficce didn´t work!!. I tryed to send it to my email but it didn´t work. I looked for a solution in foros and in one option it said how to change in a manual way openning the SETTINGS.INC.PHP and what my surprise was when I discovered it was empty: completly.

 

Please, let me know how to resolve this mantaining all the changes are allready done.

Hello again, I´ve tryed to copy and paste the code manually in settings.inc.php and it has appeared in the same time the code it was allready there ¿??¿¿? like this:

... with out the "?>" of the end, I´ve had put it and check the information. I don´t know how to continue... (the frontofficce looks in a perfect way and the backofficce also but I can´t enter.
