Paypal api problem ( after changing html-> api) some orders not showing inBO

hello...

i am using prestashop 1.4.3.

2 days ago..paypal asked to change paypal modules (from html to api) and i changed...

but after that....

some customers paid by paypal  ( i could see in the paypal account) but...i could not see in the prestahop backoffice...

- i could see the cart but no orders

this is already 8 orders during 2 days...

also.. some customers cannot use paypal payment even though they used before....
