I facing the issues when am adding the product to cart and click to proceed to checkout its showing the error "Your shopping cart is empty.". We using default theme only. Note - Every time when you click add to cart button it create new session instead of overriding the old session. Kindly check with it. El Patron Posted June 5, 2015 Share Posted June 5, 2015 these issue are always 20 questions, so thanks for your patience. my feeling at this time is that the issue has to do with non-www, possible DNS issue. Do you custom redirects in your .htaccess file to remove www in your shop URL? Also check that the domain and ssl domain names are 1) without www and 2) they are the same domain name. back office-->preferences-->seo & urls-->scroll down..to check 'Set Shop URL'.
