function update_config_value($conf, $insert_flag)
i'm not a programmer. I dont understand how the above function works. For example in my old table ps_configuration the value PS _REGISTRATION_PROCESS_TYPE exists with id 275 but I get this message "inserting PS_REGISTRATION_PROCESS_TYPE AS 426". i am doing something wrong but i dont know what.
