I am having the same issue as well but oddly, not in all stores. it started suddenly and doesn't effect all the shops.

After several years, it seems that this problem is still remaining without answer!.

 

I have the exact same issue now. I am using prestashop 1.6.1.8. Previously my back-office was working fine without any problem. Recently, I have this issue and I do not have any clue that what was changed that caused this problem. Any idea?

My shop just started giving me this error.  Worked perfectly fine before.  Any clues here?
