malike Posted June 2, 2015 Share Posted June 2, 2015 Hi, I have a problem with a shop that has been upgraded recently. After the upgrade it worked as it should. A little while ago the customers stop recieving order confirmations, after they have placed an order. I recieve an email, that there is a new order. When I change the status to shipped or something else, they get the appropriate email for that status. Anyone have an idea what is wrong ?
