RRA
Can anybody help with this error. See image attached. Happens regularly in back.office in Firefox and Chrome. Restarting either doesn't fix. Have to wait for hours for it to fix itself.
0 selectshop.at
You shop is hosted on Prestashop Cloud ? If yes please use the support option on your Account administration. Something wrong with your shop settings, maybe.
0 RRA
Wish I could. At the moment I can't get into the back.office due to the error. I am just waiting until it fixes itself. I have cleared the cach of the browser but still nothing.
0 selectshop.at
you don't need to get into the back-office. As I told the support tab you will find on your CLOUD ACCOUNT - "My store" site.
0 RRA
Thanks. Did find it and have started a ticket. I had hoped to get an answer here first before using one of the 10 support tickets, but obviously not going to get one.
0 selectshop.at
Nope, as we don't know what happened to your account. Perhaps a module you installed and did not configured correctly is making troubles. As on Cloud also WE have only restricted access, only Prestashop Team with whole access possibility to your FTP can debug. This is one of the disadvanteages of Prestashop Cloud. You need direct support of PS-Team in most of cases. Edited June 2, 2015 by selectshop.at (see edit history)
