marketing_gs
Hi, I've a problem with Analytics module on PS 1.6.09: not all the orders appear as transaction. In the last month I've 152 orders and only 98 transaction on analytics. The missed orders are payed with different methods (paypal, cod or bank transfer). Suggestions? Are you sure that Google Analytics and "Data mining for statistics" are related? In any case now I try and I tell you if it solves the problem. vekia
it can be related to fact, for example, that customers are not automatically back to your shop from payment gateway like paypal for examople are you able to verify it ?

I've tried and after the payment I'm automatically back to my shop. I've tried to close the page after payment immediatly (to veritify if maybe the Analytics script loads slowly) but the transaction it's recorded in analytics. Analyzing all the transactions the problem isn't correlated with a specific browser, version of browser or mobile device. Other to verify? Thanks Edited June 5, 2015 by marketing_gs (see edit history)
