HaCos Posted May 29, 2015 Share Posted May 29, 2015 Hello, i just mentioned that when i update the shipping number a mail is sent to a customer.. same thing is happening when we switch the orders status to shipped. Is there a way to switch the order status to shipped when we update the shipping number? This way only one mail will be best to the customer. I know there an option to not sent a mail when we switch status but thats not a option because we use it for orders that doesnt have shipping number. This should be considered as an update on next versions.. I believe the solution that covers every scenario would be to have an option when updating the tracking number [if a mail should be sent or not].
