How to change whole header section width or remove width max limit

I just changed the position of the header from relative to fixed in global.css so it's position is sticky regardless of scrolling.

Now header is fixed OK but the whole header section seems not aligned center. When you reduce the browser by pressing ctrl -, you can see the top nav bar, banner and top horizontal menu and logo move toward left (aligning left)

How can I keep header aligned at center regardless of resizing browser.
