new module need & module modification request

Hi Guys,

I've a customer with Prestashop V 1.6.0.9 running. I've already made tons of modifications but we'd need one module customized and one I just couldn't find exsting already

1) crossselling module:

when you click on the 'add to cart' link on a product the 'layer_cart' layer is displayed. below that the 'crossselling' module is displayed.
currently the crossselling module show's products other customers buyed with the product just added to the cart.

instead we'd need products which are related to the product just added to the cart. those products need to be manually associated with each other in the admin panel.

2) my customer is selling products which need to have a fixed price.

we'd need a checkbox on the product admin page which allows my customer to specify such products. the products with the checkbox enabled need to be excluded from all coupons/cart rules.
