Moving prestashop 1.6.0.14 from local to a server!

Hi, people. I just tried to move my local copy of my prestashop 1.6.0.14 to a server and I'm getting crazy.

 

This is what I've done:

 

1.- I've created a tarball, uploaded it and uncompressed it in the server.

2.- I've uploaded the database in the server.

3.- I've modified settings.inc.php to the new database data.

4.- I've modified databases ps_configuration with values:

 

PS_SHOP_DOMAIN value prueba0000000.hl283.dinaserver.com

PS_SHOP_DOMAIN_SSL value prueba0000000.hl283.dinaserver.com

 

5.- I've modified database ps_shop_url setting

domain prueba0000000.hl283.dinaserver.com

domain_ssl prueba0000000.hl283.dinaserver.com

physical_uri /

 

6.- I've erased .htaccess and regenerated it

7.- I've turned out cache in preferences->performance

8.- I've turned off and then on preferences->seo+url

 

 

And the thing is that the frontend goes slooooooow. It loads after two minutes. The backend works fine.

Should I change any directory permissions?
