get-away-events
We have an big problem with the order process on mobile devices. (prestashop 1.6.0.14 with the default theme) The biggest problem is the adress on the sign in process of an customer on the iphone/Ipad (safari Browser)...The obligation field "Postal Code" does not display...but we need it!On "localisation" we can change the "Obligation fields" on or offline, on the Computer are the changes represented, but on the ipad/iphone are still the same problem, the Postal code doesn't show... Thats the reason that the order process doesnt work.... because the system want an Postal Code for the invoices and the paypal payment, but there is NO postal code field! We try all possible, like the 1 page checkout and the 5 page checkout... Do you have an solution, how we get the postal code field on our order process? tuk66
I don't think that iPhone browser is so different. It can be an address format issue. See if you have "postcode" set in the format for all countries.

paddockplants
Thanks, klemen 130, for your response. Unfortunately, I'm not clear as to what is required to solve the issue. A bit too much code there for my simple brain to process!
