Cart cannot be loaded or an order has already been placed using this cart.

Hi,

 

I installed Prestashop 1.6 and installed Payu (India) payment gateway. Payment gateway has been configured and upon creating a test transaction>making a payment, i am encountering following error:

Cart cannot be loaded or an order has already been placed using this cart.

 

I am using Payumoney India payment gateway and i am not using multstore.

 

Flow:
Add item to Cart>Checkout>Select Payu Gateway>Enter Credit Card details>Payment Processed>Redirection to my website and this is when i get above error message. No order # is generated in my prestashop.

 

Anyone help me to rectify this problem

Not sure that this is same problem, but try it. This can heppend after you truncated cart db table. To fix this find the highest id_cart in orders table. Set the auto increment in cart table for id_cart field higher than one you found in orders table
