unable to set up email using SMTP

Question

I have the same issue with not being able to set up the email:

  • cloud with my own domain name
  • SMTP info verified with my hosting company, however the email is still not working.  I get the same message as  Error: Please check your configuration  Authentication failed using username '[email protected]' and password '************'
  • What is Sendin Blue account?
 
Need your help asap.
